Who it is for
- A parent, including a father, who wants to apply to the Family Court of England and Wales about where a child lives or the time they spend with each parent.
- A parent who has received a C100 application and needs to respond.
- A person who has been served with a non-molestation order or application and wants to understand the process and prepare a statement.
The pack is neutral and child-focused. It is not designed to give you tactics against the other parent.
Jurisdiction
England and Wales only. It does not cover Scotland or Northern Ireland, children living abroad, international abduction, enforcement of orders, financial claims or local authority care proceedings.
What it is not
- It is not legal advice. Noverquis Ltd is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Bar Standards Board or any other legal regulator.
- It does not review your documents or your case, and it cannot tell you whether to agree to, contest or vary an order.
- It does not promise any outcome. Judges and Cafcass decide each case on its own facts.
- It cannot replace a solicitor, a Law Centre or an advice service. If you can get advice, particularly before a hearing, please do.
- Forms, fees and rules change. The pack states the date it was checked (30 October 2026). Check the court order and the current forms for your case. One legal change to watch: the Courts and Tribunals Bill, which would repeal the presumption of parental involvement in the Children Act 1989 section 1(2A), was still before Parliament on 30 October 2026.
